We are seeking an outstanding individual (or two) to join our team of Tax Specialists as we continue to grow.
The ideal candidate(s) should possess exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills as they will be responsible for direct interaction with our clients. Additionally, having a strong understanding of business practices would be a valuable asset.
Successful candidates will begin an exciting career with our established company that has been operating for over 26 years! As part of our Accounting Department, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality Tax services to our valued clients, including both personal and corporate accounts.
As a representative of VS Group, you will develop strong professional relationships with clients by providing precise and innovative Tax Planning Services. You will work directly with clients, file paper and online taxes, communicate with CRA authorities, and maintain excellent time management and goal-setting strategies. In addition, you will identify tax risks and assist other tax preparers within the team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Tax Manager or a similar role, with a strong understanding of Canadian Income Tax laws, tax accounting, tax compliance, and relevant software such as MS Office. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent time-management, are also required.

Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and expertise in the range of $60,000 to $85,000 per year.
