VS Marketing is seeking a Graphic & Digital Marketing Designer who is creative and innovative, with a background in graphic design, digital marketing and communications. You will be responsible for the ideation and production of high-quality digital marketing content and other marketing materials using photography, basic video editing, copywriting and graphic design skills. 

The ideal candidate will create engaging materials for a variety of outputs. You must demonstrate excellence in writing, proofreading, editing and ensure accuracy of communications. You are required to have excellent research skills, excellent communication abilities, strong listening skills, strong written communications, possess strong computer skills and have the ability to learn new digital platforms, software and programs as technology advances. You will be required to gain an understanding of SEO best practices. You must be a critical thinker and have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. You must have the capacity to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.

Tasks may include:

• Design, produce, and publish interactive online content, which may include email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and website content.
• Prepare briefs and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting best practises, accessibility and usability standards.
• Ensure brand consistency in designs and content across multiple platforms.
• Provide reliable turnaround within deadlines promptly and directly flagging issues as they arise
• Must be very organized with great attention to detail

Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

· Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience
· Relevant post secondary education
· Research & organizational skills
· Excellent communication abilities
· Critical thinking
· Understanding of social networking and main stream social platforms

* Highly proficient using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
* Highly proficient in production skills such as; pre-press, digital output.
* Highly proficient in social media communications
