We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our close-knit production team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software, possess exceptional customer service skills, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually compelling graphics for various projects, including but not limited to marketing materials, digital advertising, branding, and website design.
- Collaborate closely with team members to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design techniques and processes.
- Prepare briefs and presenting design ideas to all the relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting best practises, accessibility and usability standards.
- Ensure brand consistency in designs and content across multiple platforms.
- Must be very organized with great attention to detail
Requirements:
While experience is considered an asset, we encourage all skill levels to apply. The role may be adapted for the best candidate.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and work ethic are key.
- Social Media Management and Digital Advertising experience (an asset but not required).
- Figma, Shopify and WordPress experience (an asset but not required).
- Bilingual proficiency (an asset but not required).
