We are looking for someone who can bring creativity to projects with a “can do /will do attitude,” critical thinking skills, analytical mind, solution orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills to be part of our North Bay team. You will work in a collaborative environment and will have the opportunity to think outside the box.
You will:
- Work with other team members, clients, and business partners to provide innovative solutions that will enhance the user experience and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with our team members to contribute to development requests
- Help create innovative and flexible full-stack solutions
- Participate in peer code review, testing, and implementation of best software development practices
- Work in a lively, creative environment with multiple talented people resulting in the creation of astounding products
- Contribute to our culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree in computer science or experience in related discipline
- Experience in project management
- Experience programming in .NET/C# (web forms), .NET Core
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- HTML5, CSS
- JavaScript
- jQuery
- Bootstrap
- Visual Studio
- Experience with unit testing
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
- Excellent analytical, organizational and planning
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with focus on best practices / security
- Good documentation skills
- Experience working with web services would be an asset
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop CC and Illustrator CC would be considered an asset.
- Native Android/iOS app development would be an asset.
