Business Development Specialist

We are a dynamic business firm looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building relationships with clients and driving business growth through innovative and forward-thinking strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and prospecting
  • Prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements
  • Respond to RFP, RFQ and RFI for all VS Group divisions
  • Source grant opportunities and prepare grant applications for all VS Group divisions and client companies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and track sales activities and provide regular progress reports to management

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, management, sales, or marketing
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the marketing industry is a plus
